Text Procedure How to make martabak

Ingredients
·         10  ounce flour
·         1/2 Cup water
·         Salt to taste
Fill Ingredients :
·         Coconut oil 2 tsp.
·         Large yellow onion 1, soft chop
·         Garlic 4, soft slice
·         ground meat 600gr
·         pepper 4 gram
·         Salt 10 gram
·         Green onion 10 stick, slice coarse


Tools :
-      a wok or saucepan
-      a bowl
-      spatula
-      knife
-      plate
-      spoon


Methods :
Martabak Fill :
1.     Take a wok or saucepan
2.    Fill the wok or saucepan with Coconut oil , fried the garlic until fragrant, and mix with carrot, green onion, and cilantro.
3.    Stir-fry for about 1 to2 minutes, add ground meat.
Martabak skin :
1.     Pour flour and salt into a bowl.
2.    Mix, and add water gradually and knead till the dough is smooth.
3.    Soak the dough with coconut oil for about 2 to 3 hrs to soften
4.    Make small balls from the dough, and work each ball into a very thin sheet.

5.    Take a wok or saucepan
6.    Pour coconut oil into wok or saucepan.
7.    Sprinkle the dough sheet into wok or saucepan.
8.    Sprinkle the “martabak fill” in the middle.
9.    fold in edges, shape it into a square.
10. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown
11.  Lift Martabak up, and Cut it into 2 or 4 pieces.
12. Serve on a plate .
